Electricity is a good thing... after 2 days of being without, I am very grateful for it. Also thankful the storms that passed through only took out our power.
This stitch is a crossed buttonhole. Instead of making your buttonhole stitch straight, angle your needle to form the cross. It helped to sketch one or two on my graph paper to get me going.
