I am still here playing and hopefully will be better at posting more often.  Just wanted to share a late but fun birthday present.  It is so nice when you can treat yourself...lol...

Spring Fever

A bad case of spring fever has arrived. I was looking for birds nests in the stores and not willing the pay the price for shiny new nests with fake flowers stuck to them. While cleaning up some of my flower pots, I wound the long morning glory vines up to throw away. When I looked down in my hand, there was a birds nest. I got so excited...lol... Looks great and free.

I have been sewing and will share some of the projects soon,

It is a rainy 61 degrees here but it could be snow...lol.... Actually, I am glad we are having a milder winter.

Today's stitch is a snowflake and diamond combo. I choose to stitch with 2 different colors.

my Christmas angel

Thought I would show a picture of my angel that I finished and framed at Christmas time. I rummaged in the garage and found a vintage frame that works well with it. I hate to put her away just yet - so she is living in the guest room for now.
